Grievance Policy

Employee Grievances

Instructions to current or former school employees who are seeking resolution to a grievance.

1. Please review the Local School Policy for Employee's Grievances.
2. Complete the Level One Conference Form and schedule a conference with the school Principal to resolve the issue.
3. If neccessary, then progress to Level Two Conference with the school Superintendent.
4. If an amicable solution is not met, then an Appeal to the Board of Trustees may be made.

Public Grievances

2. Complete the Public Level One Conference Form and schedule a conference with the school Principal to resolve the issue.
3. If neccessary, then progress to the Level Two Conference with the school Superintendent.
4. If an amicable solution is not met, then an Appeal to the Board of Trustees may be made.
