2. Teacher and student time in class is important to student learning.
3. All students can learn.
4. Students, parents and school personnel should be treated with respect.
5. Language arts, math, sciencs, and social studies are the primary focus for elementary and secondary students and other curriculum is developed that meets the needs of students.
6. Physical, social and emotional skill development is important.
7. Stakeholder's participation is important and encouraged for the improvement of studentlearning and the operation of the school.
