He is in his second year as the school Superintendent after serving as the school Principal for the past few years. He earned his Bachelors of Science from Tarleton State University, his Masters in Administration from Tarleton State, and his Superintendent's Certification through Angelo State. He is certified to teach secondary English Language Arts, Health, P.E, and Vocational Agriculture. Mr. Slone is from Evant originally and graduated from here.
