Regional Track Update:
Texan Competed at the Regional Meet and finished with a time of 25.35 in the 200 meters.
Bree finished her Evant track career at Regionals with a 95' 7" discus throw. She has competed in discus for 4 years and advanced to Regionals for the last 3 consecutive year, improving each time.
Three Evant Track Athletes advanced from District to Area and competed well in each of their events.
Senior Bree R competed in the shot put and completed a distance of 26'5". She also competed in discus and reached a personal record of 102' 2" which earned 1st place in the event and qualified her for Regional Competition on 4/18-19 in Seguin.
Sophomore Cash S also competed in the discus and reached 109' and 6th place.
Freshman Texan W ran in the 200 meter sprint and set his personal record of 23.3 seconds. This speed finished 4th overall in the event and qualified him for Regional Competition as well. Best of luck Elks!
