Superintendent's Message:

Dear EISD Community:

This time of year causes me to reflect on so many things. I find myself mentally moving so fast that I forget to slow down and see the blessings that surround me. I hope you slow down to enjoy the spirit of the season and the blessings around you.

Sometimes, with all the marketing and social media around us about “Christmas”, the meaning and spirit of the Holiday Season can easily get lost or forgotten. Although those things are nice, the Holiday Season is also about service and helping others. I feel so blessed to be able to serve the EISD community and to be a part of a team that supports the vision of this great organization.

I also want to ensure we remember that some of our community members and their families have recently faced and/or are facing serious personal challenges during this time of year. Your prayers and support are greatly appreciated. Please make the time to share your faith, love, camaraderie, and friendship with your family and friends.

I sincerely wish you a healthy, meaningful, and safe Holiday Season.

Principal's Message:

Elk Family,
It is hard to believe only five months ago the staff entered our new school year together. This is truly a wonderful time of the year! During the past five months staff and students have been working hard. I am very blessed to be able to see all the wonderful things happening inside and outside the classroom. I cannot wait to see what the next five months will bring!
The staff has done an amazing job at decking the hallways here at Evant ISD to bring holiday cheer to our students. Christmas is my favorite time of year.  I have fond memories of driving around looking at Christmas lights with my family. I love the joy it brings, the decorations, and spending time with loved ones. I hope that everyone has a joyous and restful winter break.
