Elementary Awards: we will be having our 9 weeks awards this coming Thursday, 3/26, at 1:30 pm in the gym.
Menu Update: There is a menu change for Tuesday and Thursday. Tuesday: beef fingers, mashed potatoes, gravy, roll, salad, fruit, and milk. Thursday will be soft tacos, charro beans, salad, fruit, and milk.

Late yesterday afternoon (3/4), school administrators were notified of a verbal threat made by a student. The report was promptly investigated by school administration and law enforcement, and the student involved was removed from campus.
At no time was there any immediate danger to students or staff. However, we take every report seriously and follow established safety protocols to thoroughly investigate any concern that is brought to our attention.
We are grateful to the students who spoke up and reported what they heard. Their willingness to say something when something doesn’t seem right helps us respond quickly and maintain a safe environment for everyone on our campus.
The safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority, and we appreciate the continued support and cooperation of our school community."

On 2/17 the school board amended our school calendar to provide for 3 additional instructional days. Within the school calendar, we had enough accrued minutes for 2 of the 5 missed total days, so we will be making up the remaining 3 days March 16th, 23rd , & 30th. Those will now be school days.

HS Track: The HS District Track Meet date has been changed from 4/8 to 4/9. The date is reflected on the Public Calendar.
Little Dribblers: This Saturday, 2/7, Evant will be hosting the little dribblers basketball games. Come cheer on our little basketball players and support our junior class concession stand!

HS Boys Basketball: Rescheduled -HS JV & V Boys Basketball @ Gholson originally scheduled for Tuesday, will be played on 1/29 in Gholson at 7:30pm

-Varsity basketball still on schedule but we are looking at moving that time up on Friday possibly
